I had a delightful stay at the Elk Hill Sterling in Ooty. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a lovely view. The staff, especially Sheela, went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. The location was scenic with a beautiful view of Ooty, although there is room for improvement. The dining options were great, although some kids' favorites were missing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good value for money.
The team at Ooty Elk Hill Sterling Resort went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The chef Sher Singh served excellent food, and Gautam from the front office ensured we had a great experience. The food was yummy, but the rooms were in bad shape.
The hotel offers well-furnished and very cozy rooms but the premium room was disappointing. The service is excellent, especially from Sheela at the front desk. The location is very good with beautiful views, although some travelers may find it slightly difficult to navigate. The dining experience is good but could use more variety. The facilities are well-managed and appealing for guests.
